Simply let us know by e-mail within 24 hours of placing your order and you will be refunded in full.
After 24 hours, more than likely your order has already been processed, packed and ready to ship. If the shipmenht has left our premises and you refuse the delivery, the customer will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee charge to cover our costs of return postage.
