We will make every effort to fill orders and ensure arrival as quickly as possible. We ship most in stock items within 24 hours Monday thru Friday. In most cases, you should receive your order within 2-3 business days from shipment date.
Please allow extra time for delivery during holidays. If there will be an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail.
If an item is back ordered, we will notify you by e-mail and send the full order when the back ordered item arrives. Partial order shipment is available by request by sending an e-mail to:

however, shipping and handling costs must be applied to each separate shipment.
We have added the option of Insurance for your shipment if you so desire. Insurance will protect you against damaged or lost merchandise. This is a very important consideration for any buyer. If you work during the day when your mail is delivered, you should alert someone that you are expecting a package, they will retrieve it for you and hold it in order that you protect yourself from a possible walk-by theft of your merchandise. Some mail delivery people leave a notice in your mail that they have a package for you, they may leave your package hanging on the mailbox or leave it on a porch or doorstep. This is definately NOT GOOD! If you do not have insurance on your merchandise, you cannot hold the supplier or company responsible for your goods. Insurance is reasonable especially if you have merchandise valued at over $50.00.
We have also added an option of delivery confirmation for an extra charge. It has been brought to my attention that if you take insurance on your package, you shouldn't need delivery confirmation. I try to ship everything USPS Priority Mail because it is quick and not much more expensive than parcel post and definately cheaper than UPS. I almost always buy Delivery Confirmation on your shipment especially if you do not choose that option.
