Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are dissatisfied with merchandise or your order, you may return them within 15 days for a full refund (less shipping costs.)
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and returns can only be accepted with prior authorization by e-mailing:
returnauthorization@horseloversheadquarters.com to receive a MRA # and instructions from us.
We only ask that returned merchandise be unused and in their original packaging. Once the returned items are received, refunds will be processed within 24 hours.
In the event of an order being incorrect, we will happily and immediately exchange the item for you without charge and refund any postage costs involved in sending the wrong item back!
In circumstances where we are not at fault for a return, ( i.e. you changed your mind about the order ), then we may still give authorization for the return; however, delivery charges cannot be refunded.
Customized orders may not be returned or exchanged. Any "special order" cannot be returned.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us via e-mail at
returnauthorization@horseloversheadquarters.com to receive a MRA # and instructions from us within 7 days of receiving the product. All damaged product WILL be inspected by the delivery company for the damage. Please don't throw out any of the package box or material as the delivery company will need to see it. Any items that are returned after 15 days or do not have a permission e-mail from us in the form of an MRA #, will be charged a 20% restocking fee for all good merchandise, any damaged or non-resellable merchandise will not be given any credit. All merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was originally shipped.
If you paid for the order using a credit or debit card, we can credit your account.
