Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are dissatisfied with merchandise in your order, you may return them within 15 days for a full refund (less all shipping costs.) Be sure to obtain a return authorization number from me.

My credit card processing company charges a $25.00 fee for charge back items. In order to eliminate this absurd fee, I will issue you a refund check from my business account.

If you return an item that for whatever reason you decided not to keep it, a 5% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This will cover the charge card commission charges of 2.24% plus the postage to mail out your check.



Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and returns can only be accepted with prior authorization by e-mailing: returnauthorization@horseloversheadquarters.com to receive a MRA # and instructions from us.

We only ask that returned merchandise be unused and in their original packaging. Once the returned items are received, refunds will be processed within 24 hours.

In the event of an order being incorrect, we will happily and immediately exchange the item for you without charge and refund any postage costs involved in sending the wrong item back!

In circumstances where we are not at fault for a return, ( i.e. you changed your mind about the order ), then we may still give authorization for the return; however, delivery charges cannot be refunded and a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount on your refund check.

Customized orders may not be returned or exchanged. Any "special order" cannot be returned.


DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us via e-mail at returnauthorization@horseloversheadquarters.com to receive instructions from us within 7 days of receiving the product. All damaged product should be inspected by the delivery company for the damage. Please don't throw out any of the package box or material as the delivery company will need to see it.

Any items that are returned after 15 days or do not have a permission e-mail from us in the form of an MRA #, will be charged a 20% restocking fee for all good merchandise, any damaged or non-resellable merchandise will not be given any credit. All merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was originally shipped.


 
Saddle Trial Period:
It is my absolute pleasure to allow you, a valued customer, the opportunity to purchase a selected saddle from this listing and subject to a three-day trial period you may ascertain if the saddle fits you and your horse using the following guidelines:

A CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION or a CHECK for the FULL AMOUNT of the saddle, PLUS any tax, shipping and insurance charges must be paid up front.

Please do not clean or oil the saddle.

Protect the saddle from any and all marks in the leather caused by rubbing, scratching or bruising.

A brief ride is allowed (10 minutes maximum) to obtain an idea of how the saddle fits you and your horse.

Use a clean saddle pad to protect the underside.

Keep the saddle covered and protected at all times, except when test riding.

Avoid storing it in your vehicle, barn or boarding facility.

Please contact me within 3 days of receiving the saddle with your decision as to whether you will be keeping the saddle or returning it. If you decide to return the saddle, you will be responsible for the shipping charges both ways and a 5% restocking fee. This re-stocking charge helps recover the credit card processing fees and commissions I as a retailer have to pay. If all conditions have been met, I will gladly issue you a check for the amount due you.

If there has been no correspondence between us during those three days, the sale will be considered "FINAL" and no returns will be accepted.
