Low Maintenance Saddle

Combination of top quality leather and cordura. This wide saddle has a fiberglass covered wood tree with angled draft horse bars which can accomodate that hard to fit horse that is so broad across the back. Seat sizes available are 14" up to 19". Saddle includes a suede seat but you can upgrade to smooth leather if you wish. Shown on right with Synthetic fleece lining. The pommel and cheyenne roll are hand-tooled and the jockey is machine spot oak tooled. Nylon off billet and latigo tie strap are included but you can upgrade to leather if you wish. Weighs 18 lbs.

How Do I Know What Size Seat I Need?
A good rule of thunb is to allow approximately four inches between the front of your body and the back of the horn area or fork. Your behind should not press up or oversit the back of the cantle or saddle seat. It's better to have a saddle that is a tad too big than to have one too small for you.

A Word About Shipping Costs:

Don't panic when you see an additional $40.00 placed on top of the regular delivery charge when you order a saddle. I will refund you the difference between what I charged you and the actual shipping and handling charges if you've paid more. You see, I am in Zone 1 in the USA and you might be in Zone 8. It costs a whole lot more to ship to Zones 5 ,6, 7 and 8. USPS charges a "dim weight" charge because of the size of the saddle box. Please know that you will not be "ripped off". I enjoy my customers and really enjoy helping them get what they want.
